• Kindly submit your CUSTOMISATION DETAILS (name) within 24 hours after checkout
• If no customisation details are received, we will proceed with the picture choice ONLY and NO NAME will be printed

• As each keychain is handmade, minor imperfections (e.g. small air bubbles in the resin) may occur. We will minimise these as much as possible
• Actual product colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen calibration differences
. Strap string colour will be assigned randomly.
