General Policy
All products, including but not limited to customised items and goodie bags, are carefully inspected, quality-checked, and securely packed prior to send out.Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Accordingly, all orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable once confirmed and processed. Kindly ensure that all order details (including quantity, specifications, and delivery information) are accurate prior to payment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please do notify us in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt.
To initiate a review, you must provide:

- Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue.

Unauthorized Returns
Any goods returned without prior acknowledgement from us will not be accepted and may be rejected without notice.
