Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with LeoSoos! Please refer to our shipping policy for your expectation regarding your order.

1. Order Processing and Delivery 

Standard Courier

All orders will be processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

For ready-stock items, orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days processing the order and another 2-4 business days for the standard courier to be delivered from the order date.
For customised or pre-order items, processing time may vary depending on the product and order quantity. (can check with us for the processing and delivery timing)

Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Express Courier

For orders that required between 1-3 working days upon ordering, where standard courier might not be able to cover on time, please do opt for express door-to-door courier to ensure your order arrives before event. Please choose the correct shipping option upon check out.

Self Pick Up

Self -collection is available at Bukit Panjang Area for orders above $20. Orders are generally processed and available for pick up at last 2 business days after.

Urgent Orders

We do provide urgent service where you can pick up or opt for delivery within 24 hours period with extra charges.

For Corporate or Bulk Orders 

For orders which more than 50 goodies bag or customized items that required in-depth customization, kindly contact us via WhatsApp at +65 88680389 or email to hello@leosoos.com to discuss further before placing order.

 

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are subject to courier operations and external factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, LeoSoos shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak festive periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by customers
  • Failed delivery attempts

2. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete at checkout.

We will not be liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address submitted by the customer. Additional charges may apply for redelivery requests.

3.Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unclaimed status, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.

4 Damaged or Missing Parcels

We work with trusted third party shipping partner to ensure smooth delivery of your item. However, we are not responsible for any damaged or missing parcels caused by 3rd party courier as it is not within our control. If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos or videos for verification. We will try to resolve the issue with you and the courier partners.
